RETURNS:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase date. Buyer must notify seller of their intention to return within 48 hrs of receiving the product(s). Returns MUST be received within the 14 days of purchase date. Products being returned MUST be in New condition and not have been Tried or Tested. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the product is received back seller will refund the cost of the Merchandise Only. The intitial shipping costs and return shipping costs will NOT be refunded. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
In the unlikely event the wrong product was shipped the buyer will return the wrong item to the seller. Buyer must notify the seller within 48 hrs of receiving the item that the wrong item was received. Once the item is received back the seller will ship the correct product and refund the buyer costs incurred to return the item. If the wrong product was shipped and the buyer no longer wants the product seller will issue a Full refund including shipping
costs from both the intitial mailing and the return mailing.
NOTE: All packages are shipped with USPS Delivery Confirmation. Seller uses the USPS Delivery Confirmation date and time stamp to determine the time limits set above for notifications by the buyer to the seller.
SHIPPING:
Items will be shipped by way of method chosen by buyer at checkout. Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase date. There will be no mailings done on Sundays and Holidays due to the USPS being closed. Shipping costs are calculated by the product weight and the location being shipped to. These calculations are figured out by the USPS not the seller. At no time is buyer allowed to arrange shipping for purchases. In the event a large purchase (20 or more items) is made alternate shipping methods may be agreed upon by the buyer and seller. If a refund is due because of the use of alternate shipping methods for large orders seller will refund the buyer these overages.
Seller is not responsible for damages incurred to any product that is the result of improper USPS handling. All products and packages are packed with the utmost care. Items are packaged in bubble wrap and tightly packaged in appropriate mailing boxes. In the event that a product is damaged in transit it is the buyers responsibility to contact the USPS. Shipping insurance is highly recommended and at the buyers expense.
